We created the first mobile controlled digital outdoor game that took a modern spin on a gaming classic – space invaders. Planted right in the middle of Westfield shopping centre in London, anyone could play to win prices. Just enter a URL and you were connected and ready to play using your mobile. Simple for them, a little difficult on our end.
The tech for this project was an absolute first in the UK. This seems like something that's been done, but it hasn't and more importantly, you didn't have to download and install an app. All you needed to do is open any browser you have on your phone and you were connected and ready to play using your phone.
